with partners and prospective partners of RS7.
2. Confidentiality of Partner Information
All personal and financial information provided by partners-including but not limited to Aadhar
numbers, PAN numbers, contact details, capital contributions, and identity documentation-shall be
treated as strictly private and confidential.
3. Purpose of Collection
Partner information is collected solely for: compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements;
internal KYC, AML, and due diligence processes; record-keeping and capital allocation purposes;
managing proprietary investment operations of the Firm.
4. No Disclosure to External Parties
RS7 does not share, sell, lease, or disclose any partner information to any third party, except: when
required by law, regulation, or court order; when expressly authorized in writing by the partner; or for
audit or legal compliance purposes with confidentiality protections in place.
5. Data Security
We adopt industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect partner
data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration
6. Internal Access Control
Only designated partners and authorized compliance officers of RS7 are permitted to access
confidential partner information, strictly on a need-to-know basis.
7. Digital & Physical Safeguards
All data, whether physical or digital, is securely stored in protected systems or locked facilities.
Digital records are encrypted, and access is password-controlled.
8. Amendments to the Policy
RS7 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at its discretion, with prior written
notification to all partners.
9. Acknowledgment
By entering into partnership with RS7, partners acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy and the
manner in which their information will be collected, processed, and safeguarded.
